Once you register and make a successful payment, an URL link to connect and toll-free Dial-in number will be emailed to your designated email address 24-48 hours prior to the session. If you are purchasing a Webinar just 1 day before the program, you can purchase it online and we will provide you with the instruction in a couple of hours. * International charges will apply for customers calling from outside the United States and Canada.

Your instruction email includes a link to the reference materials for your live webinar. The reference materials are typically available for download a day or two before the live webinar.

No, the login details are unique to each paid registrants. You need to buy additional registration for each of the other participants.

On Demand webinars are the online programs that allow you to earn CEUs at your convenience. You can watch it multiple times for 30 days from the date of your purchase.

You will receive an email with instruction on how to watch the OnDemand webinar, 24 hours prior to your preferred date.

If you opt for Recording we will share a link of the respective webinar which you have chosen only after 10 days of that webinar. You will get a link on your registered email address. By using that shared link you can download the webinar recording in mp3/mp4 format on your computer system.

In this case you can opt for the on-demand session for a later date. You can choose your own date, and can watch it multiple times for next 30 days.
